What level should I choose?
If you’re new or returning, choose Beginner. Move to Intermediate when the basics feel smooth, and Advanced once you can control end ranges without strain.
Can I warm up before lifting or running?
Yes. Look for “Pre-Workout” and “Runners” tags. These emphasize activation and controlled range to prepare you for effort.
How do favorites (“Fallows”) work?
Click “Add to fallows” in the catalog or details modal. We save course IDs in your browser so they’re quick to find later in the Fallows page.
What is in the cart, and how do I check out?
The cart stores selected courses and quantities in your browser. When you click “Place order,” we show a confirmation modal since this demo doesn’t process payments.
